Why We Love Health (And You Should, Too!)

It’s important to be healthy because it affect physically, mentally and as well as emotionally. If would be more healthy then its more percentage of chances that we would cope up in stress which occurs normally in anyone’s life. Being healthier means to live a long life as much as you can and surviving for a long time there is must to take care of many things like eating a good diet, physically fit, active most of time, etc. Many of the people also want that to live life as long that his/her will have grandson or granddaughter; he/she would will attend marriage and play with their daughter or son.

There are reasons that why we love health:-

   1. Look better:-

       There are many jeans and clothes available for show off that you look good as compared to other, creams that make a person look more handsome/ gorgeous that other, foot wear that people prefer to wear for making people jealousies. But in all these you lost the original you, can avoid these by making yourself healthier. Not to show off other but for satisfying you that I am looking better because I am healthy. 

         2. Cut off medical costs:-

      Every person in society are suffering from this topic that they pay most of the money in hospital, these are because they don’t walk on the path to be healthy. They take health as very much lightly if they would have began being healthier earlier than they can’t be paying any more money in doctor’s home. It’s better to live longer and spread out all those physician visits than shun the healthy lifestyle and pass your days sitting around in the doctor’s waiting room!


      3. Good mental health:-

       In a study conducted by researchers at Duke University it was found that exercising for 30 minutes, three times a week can help an estimated 60% of patients overcome their depression without using anti-depressant medications. So by being physically good there is more chance for being healthier by mind. Being in depression is not good it affects more impact on our body and on coming future.


     4. confidence and empowerment

  A good health would surely affect your confidence and increase it rather to decrease it. Good health can fight with the disease which comes in your body and when the loose you would be satisfied by yourself that this is because I had spent many of sweats and money to make me healthier.

5. More energy:-

   It might seem counterintuitive that when you are feeling fatigued, you should go exercise, 
   but the reality is working out – be it a quick walk around the block, participating in a yoga 
   class or embarking on a solitude hike – can give you the kick that you need to keep going 
   through the day. Exercise stimulates the release of feel-good endorphins that not only 
   make you feel better but also up your energy levels.
